Class Description

Snake Shapes, slides, body lines. In this class we will study the heels pole choreography in slow flow, based on spinal flow, weight shifts. Our emphasis will be in understanding the musicality and storytelling through movements. We will work on body lines, shapes, isolations and body control and bring choreo to the edge,dark & mystique way.
