Aerial Hoop (Lyra) builds full‑body strength, balance and creativity. Suspended on a steel hoop, you’ll learn spins, poses and seamless transitions. Our classes are professionally designed to improve student’s strength and flexibility, enabling them to make noticeable progress every lesson. We offer hoop classes from beginner to advance level.

Aerial Hoop is an extremely fun activity! It is a full body workout that will help you build strength in you arms, shoulders and upper body.

LYRA CLASSES

BEGINNER AERIAL HOOP

Start with foundations: mounts, basic poses, controlled spins and simple transitions. Build strength and confidence.

No experience needed

INTERMEDIATE AERIAL HOOP

In this class you will learn more advanced tricks, Level up with dynamic entries and inversions.

Experienced students

HOOP FLOW

A Choreography focused class that connects shapes with musicality and transitions on the hoop.
