Aerial Hoop (Lyra) builds full‑body strength, balance and creativity. Suspended on a steel hoop, you’ll learn spins, poses and seamless transitions. Our classes are professionally designed to improve student’s strength and flexibility, enabling them to make noticeable progress every lesson. We offer hoop classes from beginner to advance level.

Aerial Hoop is an extremely fun activity! It is a full body workout that will help you build strength in you arms, shoulders and upper body.
