How Our Subscription Billing Works 1. Minimum Commitment of 3 Months When you sign up for any of our subscription plans, you commit to a minimum of 3 months. This ensures you have enough time to see real progress. 2.Monthly Billing Schedule Subscriptions are billed on the same date every month. For example, if you start on the 5th of the month, your future payments will be processed on the 5th of each subsequent month. 3. Payment Methods Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed automatically & securely. 4. Auto-Renewal Your subscription will automatically renew each month after the 3-month minimum unless you choose to cancel. This ensures uninterrupted access to your classes and perks. 5. Cancellation Policy After the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel the subscription. 6.Subscription Pauses In the case of a medical condition where you are unable to attend classes a medical note signed by a doctor needs to be provided to freeze your subscription. 7.Failed Payments If a payment fails, we’ll notify you immediately and retry within 3 days. If the issue persists, your subscription and class access may be paused until the payment is resolved. Receipts and Records You’ll receive a detailed receipt via email after each payment.
