Placing a booking implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING
You must fill in all details in the booking form.
All fields must be filled
In case of dietry requirements kindly inform us.

DEPOSITS
 
A deposit must be paid to secure your booking.
Once you settle deposit you will receive an email confirmation 
Deposits are non- refundable 

PAYMENTS

We are offering a flexible payment scheme by monthly instalment.
Each month you must settle the package instalment payment via our payment link.
All 4 payments must be settled before the 15th April 2024. 

CANCELLATIONS

90 days before the event date: 
A €300 cancellation fee is deducted from your deposit.
Any remaining amount after a cancellation fee is held credit for our next pole camp. 
Payments are non- refundable.

89-30 days before the event date:
A €500 cancellation fee is deducted from your deposit.
Any remaining amount after a cancellation fee is held credit for our next pole camp.
Payments are non- refundable.

29 days before the event date: 
A €800 cancellation fee is deducted from your deposit.
Any remaining amount after a cancellation fee is held credit for our next pole camp.
Payments are non- refundable.
